We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. At any time within 90 days of purchase, you can return merchandise and receive a refund or exchange (your preference). All products are warranted against defects for 180 days. Simply return the merchandise with a brief note explaining the issue and we'll do the rest!

Cancellations: Cancellation should be done within 24 hours so that a full refund will be given. We can accept cancellation notices for up to 48 hours.

Returns: Items may be returned at any point within 90 days of purchase for a no questions asked refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.

Items may be returned for warranty repair or replacement within 180 days of purchase, regardless of fault due to part or labour. Manufacturer warranties may extend this timescale significantly, depending on the product. Please send returned items, along with a brief note explaining the issue, stating whether you want a refund or exchange, your name and address, plus order number (if available) to:
